SMS Messaging Terms

A&R Property Solutions LLC provides text messaging services to keep you informed about your property sale process and important transaction updates.
Message Types: When you opt in to receive text messages from us, you may receive:
Property showing appointment confirmations and reminders
Offer status updates and notifications
Document signing reminders and requests
Closing date confirmations and important deadline alerts
Property inspection scheduling notifications
Time-sensitive updates related to your property sale transaction
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to 410-291-8277. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency varies based on your property sale activity and transaction stage. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

We work to facilitate the sale of your property but cannot guarantee a sale, specific sale price, or timeline. Real estate transactions involve multiple parties and factors beyond our control.

Fees and Compensation
Our compensation structure will be clearly outlined in our written agreement with you. Fees may be based on a percentage of the sale price, flat fee, or other agreed-upon structure. All fees and payment terms will be disclosed prior to entering into a service agreement.
Seller Responsibilities
As a property seller working with A&R Property Solutions LLC, you agree to:
Provide complete and accurate information about your property
Make required property disclosures as mandated by law
Maintain the property in showing condition during the listing period
Respond promptly to showing requests and offers
Cooperate with inspections, appraisals, and other transaction requirements
Notify us immediately of any material changes to the property or your circumstances
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law, necessary to complete your transaction, or with your explicit consent.
Electronic Communications
By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails and text messages. These communications may include transaction-related updates, showing confirmations, and important deadline reminders.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&R Property Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms of our written agreement. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all fees for services rendered up to the date of termination.

Governing Law
